Saturday morning at 7:03 I shot a nice turkey. He's cleaned up and in the freezer. Now, how to cook it?:)

I injected mine with a creole butter and deep fried it.

Made that and a domestic one for Thanksgiving. I had a whole lot of domestic left and very little wild turkey. That is with a lot of peopel who are notr "game" eaters over for dinner.

I need to get a deep fryer. Any recommendations? Any deals out there?

The only recommendation I can make is to spring for the Stainless Steel Pot.
We have used both SS and Aluminum side by side and the SS heats up faster (especially in colder weather), stays hot longer (can be a bad thing....added clean up time), and can recycle faster if more than one turkey is to be cooked.
