I have had many good deals on this site and would like to have a way to leave positive (or negative, should the case arise) feedback. Good honest sellers/buyers get a +1 and any funny business, dishonesty or bad deals get a -1. This will give you potential exchangers some point of reference for the good guys and help all of us identify the bad ones.

Mods please tack this until a feedback forum or system is setup.

I exchanged pm's with Admin Knimrod and he suggested I make this post.

Wow, when did E-Bay start allowing gun sales? All kidding aside, in theory it sounds like a good idea until somebody sells someone a gun that has a part break after the sale. It's an easy fix and the manufacturer will even send a new part out free but purchaser has no idea how to install it. Purchaser gets panties in a bunch and blackballs the seller. I've personally bought and sold several through this forum and all transactions have been smooth. (For -1 please leave enough detail to demonstrate good faith on your part. Please try to work it out with the party before leaving -1). That line is the key that others will have to read thorougly. I hope it works out.

Even though there are a lot of great people/deals in here, there's always someone willing to dis someone else, for whatever reason. It's bad enough that some people in here rip on someone for, in their opinion, is selling too high, or the item is, in their opinion, a piece of crap - We just don't need any more negativity than has already been displayed here, IMHO!

If ya get a bum deal or are takin to the cleaners, tell your friends privately or fore-worn someone through PM's not to buy from so-n-so, but don't display the arguement for the whole world to see. That said, I got a great deal from several people in here - they know who they are because I've told them so.

There is a module available for vBulletin (the software driving these forums) that works much like the feedback engine on eBay. It is called iTrader:

It's nothing special, but here is the current list. I just weeded out the extra comments. You can use the find feature (ctrl+f) and search for a specific name, or just look through them.

iTrader is used on other forums I frequent and it works well. Some other have an entire feedback forum where each user starts their own thread about themselves. As people do dealings they can reply there. All someone has to do is use the advanced search to highlight that user to find info about them.

I've had packages show up after 2 weeks, and the tracking number never registered until after I received the package.

I'll be happy to give you guys an update.

First off, let me start by saying major negative one (-1) for XDcarry. I was going to let it slide and not say anything and just remain neutral but that was before I saw his slanderous post accusing me of fraud.

XDcarry sent me a money order the Monday before Memorial Day weekend. I was expecting it to show up Tuesday so I pre-planned to go into work late so I could go cash it and send his EOTech. Well the mail ran late, I couldn't wait any long so I went to work. Sure enough, when the mail finally came the money order was there (got a call letting me know it had come). Nothing I could do though, I was already at work.

I tossed the money order in my wallet that night and the package was ready to go.

Well, with this being mid-week before a major U.S. holiday, yeah I was a little slammed at work Wednesday and Thursday. It's no secret, I work crappy hours. I work 6 day weeks til 8pm, I'm the manager of a store in Kalamazoo and with the holiday weekend coming, good lord.

Anyway I asked my girlfriend to mail it for me but she said she wouldn't have time til Friday. I gave her the package.

Weekend rolls around, we close the store, boss goes on vacation, we (girlfriend and myself) go on vacation. Didn't return til Wednesday morning and I had to work too, ugh.

Anyway Wednesday rolls around and XDcarry calls me up just bitching about the EOTech. I was also basically called a thief and threatened which I didn't appreciate very much either. As far as I knew it had shipped out Friday so I call my girlfriend and ask her when she mailed it and there is this dead pause on the phone and she says oh baby, I'm so sorry I completely forgot to drop it off. Between work and packing for our vacation, it just slipped my mind.

She said she would try to mail it out that night for me but she was working and she had to pick her niece up from day care for her sister who was working late. She was unable to do it that night. I took the package back and said I would just mail it the next day myself.

WELL being that we had just returned from vacation and I was SLAMMED with orders and emails at work (my work does internet sales and retail sales) I was unable to leave work until about 30 minutes before the Post Office closed. I tried to get there but by the time I got there it was closed technically. Well being that we mail packages on a daily basis I was able to talk one of the girls I knew into taking the package and my $5.00 dollars and mailing it out for me the next morning.

So said an done, we are talking about just a little over a week. This started three days BEFORE a holiday weekend that most normal people take vacations on.

XDcarry has been a very impatient and rude person to deal with. I highly suggest you avoid doing business with him unless you want to be threatened and harassed.

Oh yea, harassed too. I was nice enough to tell him WHERE I worked and to give him my WORK phone number so he could call and verify before sending the money which he did.

Then he called a couple more times and harassed me at work to the point my boss asked me what was going on and when I told him he yelled at me and told me not to give people my work into when I'm conducting a personal deal. Thats not counting the 3 or 4 calls to my cellphone.

Now if it has been three or four weeks with NO contact, yeah I could understand him being sore. This was a WEEK! A HOLIDAY WEEK!

I need a beer.
