The past 2 weekends, I have spent working "Sight In Days" at the Midland County Sportmans Club. During this time, I worked with at least 6 guys using Model 94's with the new ammo. A couple of the guys had old 94's with side mounted scopes. I even had a couple 45-70 gov lever guns come thru.

I must say all of the 94's shot sub 2" groups with the new ammo! The 45-70 did just as well! I do believe them now, when they say the 30-30 is a good 200 yard gun.

In years past, If I could have a guy put 3 out of 5 shots in a soup can with the 30-30, I told him he was good to go!

By the way this year we had an excellent turnout for everyday that we were open!

Hornady hit a home run with the LeverEvolution ammo.

They'd hit it out of the park if they offered evolution bullets as components.

They will......eventually.
They'd rather sell the loaded ammo for a while.
Can't blame them.
You probably won't get the same results as they do. They are using proprietary powders.

Not looking for the same performance in my rifle, am looking for much improved long range performance in my 45-70 Encore pistol.

I do not know how the shorter barrel of the pistol would handle these new rounds. But, for the price of a case of "good beer", you could buy a box and try them out! I am sure that with the better coeffiicent, it should show some improvement. Besides, you could be the "test case" for all of us at MGO!, Thank you in advance!
