The Michigan Constitution says we have the right.

How can Dearborn make it illegal to carry a knife?

Like most government, they'll do what ever they want until someone spends big bucks in court to prove them wrong.

The "balance of power" has swayed in the direction of the courts. It doesn't matter what congress or the President (or Gov.) says anymore. If a lawyer will file the paperwork, it will be decided by some court somewhere.

So, if our tax dollars are paying state employees....why doesn't the state tap the City of Dearborn on the shoulder and say, "wait a minute, you can't be doing this crap"?

If someone is stopped in a vehicle and they have a sword of some type, they go for CCW, right? But if someone is stopped pulling into a bar say, and there is a Louisville slugger under there seat, but sitting next to it is a baseball glove and ball, they get NOTHING, right???

Why even go to Dearborn? I drive through it and can't understand a damn thing. I just see squiggle squiggle camel on the signs.
