Open Carry vs Concealed [Archive]

My question about open carry vs concealed is, if you have a concealed weapons permit and are carrying and your shirt or jacket opens up enough to see the holstered weapon, I heard that was brandishing. If it is legal to open carry and you have a permit for concealed carry, then how is it brandishing?
