This is our families favorite recipe, cube your steaks in 1" chunks, cut off all that nasty fat and tallow, place in a big zip-lock bag, add Italian dressing, a cap full of liquid smoke (optional) and I always use Canadian steak seasoning, remove the air from the bag and seal, knead bag occasionally. We do the same in a separate bag with cherry tomatoes, onion, green pepper, and a can or two of little potatoes. Let both sit for at least 3 hours, skewer and grill, best served with BEER! Enjoy. :cheers:
Also works well with beef, for those of you who miss. lol

Sounds goods. I just have to shovel a path on my deck to get to my grill before I try it. I might use some fresh kill rabbit on a couple.

Yep, I will be shoveling a path to mine today also. The rabbit sounds good! I shot 2 deer this season, but I can not find a rabbit anywhere in Lapeer County? Heck when I was a kid growing up in Clarkston, we would get at least 2 or 3 every time we went out? Perhaps they are learning from the squirrels and just hanging out in the city!
