Some folks are planning to meet over dinner in Midland. They intend to share their knowledge and experiences regarding open carry, particularly in regard to the Midland area.
There is a strong possibility that those interested will then proceed to an indoor range. Rimfire and non-magnum pistols are welcome at the range.

This might not be the same range. The organizer is a member of the Midland County Sportsmans Club. Evidently, they have a basic pistol range in their basement. Non-members would be charged a $5 visitors' range fee (according to the member host).

Which indoor range that closed are we referring to? Marshalls? Are there any longer any public ranges in Midland?

Marshalls shut down and if it reopened under new ownership, it certainly hasn't been publicized. I think somewhere in this thread it said Midland County Sportsmans Club.
Maybe not the same hi tech range but, given the weather, better than freezing your bullets off outside.

I see you guys had a good time. Good job on organizing this event. Some also went to a range after and shot not only their guns but also the breeze.
