A change of plans fella's, I'm shootin at a 50/100/200yds. All from the same bench, what a time saver. Anyone near the Commerce area want to shoot tomarrow? The range is open to non-members between 12-3. The Range fee is $10.00.

I can't wait for tomarrow. I've not shot at 50, or 200yds. The Horizontal hash marks going down the vert line, have worked out well at 25, and 100yds. I have the second below center at 100, the top(center) at 100. I'm hoping the first below center falls at 50. That leaves line 3 & 4 to find at 200.

Drinkin my coffee now, gears by the door. I'm taking my Encore and my Ruger Single Six, 22mag. I've not shot the ML beyond 100yds. I can't wait!!!!!!

Three hours is not enough shootin. I agree that I also expected more people on such a perfect day.

Damn I wish I would of seen this post this morning. I went to Island lake it waas a great day shooting. I live in Novi so Multilakes is close I would go there but the few times I went there no range officers I was the only person at the range I should of just started using it.
So was there anyone there when you went I wonder if there open tomorrow.
Anyways how was the range??

It looks like they are open 12-3pm tomorrow, I'll be there. I have been to the range before I never shot there but when you pull in the place go all the way till the end and turn right and follow the dirt road, here is the web site http://www.multilakes.com

If it weren't so much work getting the dragunov out of the safe I would bring it so you could compare the difference. I have 8-10 inch targets but I do not have any 200 yard targets.

Let me know when you bring the dragunov out I would like to see the real deal.

My Fiance will be plinking away with her 10/22 tomorrow. I guess they have a indoor pistol range there to it opens at 4:30-8:00 I think its $7 per lane.

Probably not with the AR. They only let you shoot one at a time in the chamber I was told. I could use my ML at PL when I'm able to shoulder something with a little more recoil.

I'd really like to try that fine lookin AR.

I don't know if I would just start shootin...Someone is going to get pissed. Was the gate locked when you were there? If the gate was open, someone was close by...Someone might be down at the 200 yard mark hanging/checking targets.


Yes, there was a Range Officer there. I don't know for certain if they are open today. The range was wet in some places when I walked out to hang my targets. Not a problem, I wore my boots. I thought the range was perfect! Good luck today.

Thanks for the reply. I was just joking about just shooting by myself :p there was a chain around the entrance I was just mad I packed all my gear to go and no one was there when it was suppose to be open.

I just called this number and they said the range will be open between 12 and 3. Good shooting!

Thanks for saving me the time. Woo Hoo, has anyone shot there before? I need some targets and is there a place I have to check in at? I would assume it would be the club house which is probably not to hard to find.

I don't know if you have to check in at th clubhouse I think you just go to the range.

Sorry, I didn't get back sooner.

You don't have to check in at the clubhouse. Drive down the driveway to the end, turn to the right, drive down to the end and it's on the left. Put you ear protection on and go up to the stands. In the middle there will be a ranger hut and they have targets and you pay the ranger to shoot.
