This is for you ladies who post on this forum.
As the saying goes, the apple didn't fall far from the tree!!
I have a 25 year old daughter who is a school teacher, that really likes this guy she has been dating. So, when she told me where she was taking him on a date I knew she was serious!!!
She is taking him to the shooting range she shoots at all the time. She told me that he said he has a shotgun and wants to know how he is at shooting pistols. I would love to be a mouse watching her wax him at the range. She is a very good shot and fast.

I know how you feel and how proud. My 22 yo daughter will graduate at EMU tomorrow and I knew she was getting serious when she asked to bring "him" along a bout a year ago on our monthly shoot...she burned him and he isn't too bad...they intend to marry in September and he KNOWS not to mess with my Goose!

Course she also ditched one when he wouldn't shoot the coon raiding her tent at Boy Scout camp. (yeah her summer as a lifeguard at BOY Scout Camp is a whooooooole other story). So she went to the Camp Director, got the gun, loaded it herself and one shot later the camp had one less masked raider...and she had decided to ditch a guy she had told me she might be serious about.

I am pretty much that guy that the daughter is dating.
My GF is better then me with a rifle that has iron sights and she loves to rub it in my face.

My daughter met her husband (married 9/9/09 yesterday) at work and they both love to shoot. Now we all go together.

My Daughter has a great guy. Not only is he an excellent Father and Husband he is an MGO member too!
