TT-33 Tokarev made in 1953 in Romania. I took the safety out and welded the holes closed. Now it operates like it should. I refinished it with Duracoat myself with the color HK semi-gloss black. I have all the springs replaced recently with new Wolff springs, except the mag spring. The bore is good, not excellent but the gun is still very accurate. I polished the barrel and the contrast between the polished barrel and black slide looks very nice.
There is one crack in the grip. There are no problems with this gun. There is an American made firing pin because I lost the original. Works like normal. There is no firing pin retainer pin. Instead of paying the $5-10 for one, I just put in a roll pin from Menards for 29 cents. Works the same and won’t break.
