There is a growing trend of members posting the contents of PRIVATE Messages on the forums. Common sense says this is NOT an acceptable practice. When communication is conducted in PRIVATE, there is an underlying EXPECTATION of privacy. For this reason:
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
The posting of Private Messages (PM) on the forums is PROHIBITED. Any posts made in violation of this rule will be edited (to remove the PM content) or entirely deleted at the discretion of the Moderator/Administrator.
DISCLOSURE/EXCEPTION
It is hereby understood that PM's sent to members of the forum staff (Moderators, Super Moderators, Administrators), members of the Executive Committee, or members of other various committees may be posted in the restricted access, staff specific forums in order to communicate/discuss specific matters relating to the PM topic between other members of the respective staff/committee.
