9mm and .40 caliber in shelby

the place i buy my archery stuff is now selling ammo. lucky's archery in shelby has 9mm and .40 CCI ammo in stock. 9mm is 18.99$ and .40 is 28.99$
its a buck less a box then gander mountain. For the last year i haven't had any luck buying ammo anywhere, i,m always to late the shelves are empty.

then let me know when you actually come across target ammo on a shelf locally then, because i don't think its worth driving all over town to save a buck when it costs me more in gas. wal-mart in roseville gets ammo in but buy the time i drive down there its sold out or you can order from cabellas and wait 3 months for your order to come in

Every range that I know of around here has 9MM and .40 in stock. Cabela's has mountains of ammo on the shelves last I heard, as does Dick's, Dunahm's.

$18.99 for a box of 9mm. If anyone wants to pay those prices they are nuts! And they can buy all of the 9mm target ammo i got at those prices.

Thanks for the heads up, but ammo has been showing up on most of the shelves around town. But what you have, is just slightly over priced then again, most are. But it is nice to have another alternative.

It's not that you have to drive all over town, you just need to go to the same store everyday. Since March, my dad and I have done that at a couple different stores (we each hitd one on our way to work), and we there were many time where we would walk out with a full case.

On a side note, has any one noticed that the type of ammo has been available in "batches". For awhile, I was getting a lot winchester 9mm, then CCI 9mm, then Federal .22, and now there seems to be a lot of .40 S&W hitting the shelves. I'd be willing to bet that it will be a few more months before you start seeing a lot (relatively speaking of course) of 9mm on the shelves again.
