I had my wife check out this site. She thought it was pretty informative.

What sort of information are you looking for?
I attended the Ladies Night class at The Firing Line as well... Robin is an excellent teacher! However, I ended up taking the normal CPL class instead of the Ladies only class, since a few friends (guys) were taking it at the same time. I was the only girl in the class, but they didn't seem to care at all! I bet the ladies class will be great for her, and it's also cheaper than the normal CPL class!
Also -do you have any idea what caliber she will be carrying? I have a friend who owns a Bersa .380 that she got duracoated pink. She decided she wants a 9mm now, so I believe she is going to be listing it for sale. Just thought I would let you know!

I joined the sportsman club where I took my CPL class and I am the only female attending the meetings. The first few were a little uncomfortable, but the guys have been/are fantastic. I go to almost all of the functions and pitch in with the work. In turn, they have been very helpful to me. I am not so hot on pink on a gun... but then I am a practical girl and go with what is functional. Spending extra on a good light for my Glock makes loads of sense.
edit; Oooops!! Puleeeaassse....no one take notice my avatar

I agree! I have a pink range bag, but that's as far as I will go. But I do think it's a very cute gun :-)

She will like the CPL class. My fiance went to it and loved it. She was coming home every night from it telling me all about it and what was covered. She can also rent a gun there for the class to see what she likes and go from there. As someone else has said, you can duracoat anything almost any color.

Now whenever you go to the range, she'll want to go too.
Whenever you come home with a new gun, shell want the same thing only in some god awful color that a gun should never be.
When she goes gun shopping, She'll take the 5 Hi-Points over a Glock, because in her mind she got a deal and saved money.
Now when you piss her off, she wont have to wait to kill you in your sleep.
