Walleye!

I love to bake Walleyes. I place filets in a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. I cover the surface of the fish with bread crums and parmesian cheese. Then I place pat's of butter all over the fish. I bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees and it's wonderful. Everyone I know loves it. :D

Ah, it does sound good but I still like deep frying small nugget size piece after they have been dipped in a beer batter. Serve with homemade tarter sauce or homemade shrimp sauce.

I use potato on my walleye ruffles or pringle work the best.
light egg batter then dredge in chips ad small pats of butter and bake.
Not completely heart smart but at least its fish nto a big mac

Have you tried any of the flavored chips. I am thinking about Uncle Rays brand. They have a dill flavor that is real good and I was thinking that it would go great with fish.
