A Goose Recipe

mmmmm,all good,but my favorite is to cut all the breast meat into small chunks,marinate with itallian dressing and other spices overnite then wrap each piece with small piece of bacon then shish ka-bob on the grill with all the other usual goodies,mushrooms,green peppers,onions etc.my friends it dont get any better then that.and i have a few in the freezer right now just waiting to be invited to dinner

wow i thought that sounded awful famaliar. untill i saw you acknowledged me there at the end. lol . this is my alltime favorite and i would challenge anyone who isnt to sure if they like goose to give this a try before the make up their mind for sure.just remember to keep the goose to the medium rare side and pre cook the bacon a little in a pan before hand,otherwise if you try too cook the bacon till it gets crispy the goose will be to well done and as martha steweart would say "thats not a good thing"
