Missouri CCW Win

Missouri overrode the Governor's veto and passed CCW. I hear there are a lot of restrictions: minium age 23, marksmanship training, etc. Do not know about CEZs, etc. Hopefully they allow for reciprocity, when the dust settles maybe their AG will deal with Cox.

Jean Carnahan was appointed to the senate seat (that was won posthumously by her husband), not the Governorship. Her late husband, then Governor Mel Carnahan, was (due to term limits for the Governors office) running for the MO Senate seat that was (at the time) being vacated by John Ashcroft. She ran for the senate seat in 2002 but was defeated.

The MO Governor is currently Bob Holden (D). It's senators are Christopher Bond (R) and James Talent (R)
