Pre-Employment Background Checks

The company I recently started with ran a criminal background check prior to my start date.

I know they check for felonies, but what else does the investigation reveal? Will my CCW be on the report? Has my cover been blown?

CCW will not show- typically its for misdemeanors and felony convictions.

Like Sigster said, it is just a check for criminal record, usually done in places where employees are bonded as well. Those types of checks generally come back to the employer as sort of a "pass" or "fail" type response, nothing of any big detail.
