Looks like the pressure got to him... in a surprise news conference just now.. he resigned! :)

Liberal egg sucker Mitch Albom was amazed that he resigned because of the "gun issue".

Sounded like he was okay with Oliver breaking the law

Now we'll see if Duggan has the stones to charge him

All right!

Funny... I heard on the radio just this morning that he was fined and wasn't going to resign. Maybe he realized what a joke he was and how utterly ridiculous it is to have a chief of police who is completely ignorant of the law.

NOW... since he's no longer a first-class citizen, I wonder if he'll get thrown in the slammer like any of us peons would.

If any of us had done what Oliver did, we would have been marched out of the airport in cuffs and we'd have been charged by now for failing to register the pistol and for unlawful concealed carry.

What's Duggan hoping to get away with? :evil:

And we thought he was too stupid to quit. It turns out that he just thinks we're too stupid to figure out that he believes the chief is above any laws.
