Worked for me. What a bunch of BS. I hope the story is just a little off. Of course the man was arrested. Hopefully he will be released and NOT CHARGED.

Wasn't there (obviously) but..... Helping a 63-year-old man that is sustaining a beating by multiple idiots (sorry about the editorial) could be construed as SAVING HIS LIFE!!!!! There is either more to this story than is told or the DA is also an idiot. (My 2¢)

Dan, I totally agree. A 63 year old man getting beat up by a group of guys in their 20's. It sounds like he may indeed have saved his friends life.
I hope he has a good lawyer.
