... to prohibit a county concealed weapons licensing board from requiring gun safety and training course completion certificates to conform to any particular form, color, wording, or content, other than that specified in state law.

Our state legislators have to pass a law to force the gun boards to follow an already EXISTING law ... crazy, huh?
