2. Smaller separate safe for paperwork/files
3. Ammo Cans
4. Put your range bag somewhere else (I unload mine and put it away)
5. If you don't have guns in them, put the gun cases in the attic

I like the USGI metal ammo cans because you can find them at a reasonable rate and they work. Never used plastic but I would bet some are better than others. PM me if you want some metal ones, I have a few extra if you want some.
BTW, more door holsters and folders isn't the same as a door organizer. Look them up, they are great. Maybe even get a top door pistol rack as well.
