Introduction to the AR Rifle

First to Fight is offering an intro to the AR rifle class. This class is taught by former U.S.M.C Infantry Marines. The course will cover the following, A basic History of the ar-15, Operating systems and there differences, common malfunctions and there corrections, diss-assembly and reassembly, common weapons manipulation skills, basic shooting positions, and range time. The goal of this course is to get the shooter comfortable with the inner workings and operation of this weapons platform.

When: March 24th 0900-1600

Where: Oakhill Gun Club 1990 Pline rd outside portland MI

Cost: 90 dollars deposit of 20.00 due one week prior to class.

Gear list: Students need to bring the following items

1. AR style rifle
2. 100 rounds of ammunition
3. Minimum of two magazines
4. Cleaning gear including a towel
5. Clothing for the weather
6. Note taking gear.

The next intro class will be held June the 15th at the same location. This is a friday night start We are looking to kick the class off at 1800, or 6 p.m. for the non military.
