    No clause in the constitution could by any rule of construction be conceived to give congress a power to disarm the people. Such a flagitious attempt could only be made under some general pretence by a state legislature. But if in any blind pursuit of inordinate power, either should attempt it, this amendment may be appealed to as a restraint on both.

    Did he opt to veto the last round because of lack of consistent changes throughout all the bills or something like that? Has that supposedly been addressed now that HB 4151-4156 have also been ordered enrolled?

    Depends how you look at it. When they redefined a firearm to match the federal definition, all laws and penalties pertaining to bb guns were eliminated. Snyder wouldn't sign until the penalties were back in place.
