"Best" is subjective. I'd say Magpul Pmags & Lancer AWMs are at the top of food chain in the polymer bracket. There are others that work well(Hexmag and ETS) but Magpul and Lancer have been more tried and true having been on the market longer.

As far as metal mags go, D&H and Brownells are towards the top of the food chain....I'd buy a bunch of D&H mags if you are going the metal route.

This. I can't imagine that the Brownells are $4 better than the D&H.
No clause in the constitution could by any rule of construction be conceived to give congress a power to disarm the people. Such a flagitious attempt could only be made under some general pretence by a state legislature. But if in any blind pursuit of inordinate power, either should attempt it, this amendment may be appealed to as a restraint on both.

Brownell's has price padding so they can sell at discounted rates to FFL's and Edge members

Those have the old GI follower which is not as robust a design as the newer anti-tilt followers. I would not purchase those magazines.

Because they last longer and are more durable, and have less compatibility issues.
