    The The Original Grand Rapids Gun & Knife Show will be held next on Aug 26th-27th, 2017 with additional shows on Oct 14th-15th, and Dec 2nd-3rd, 2017 in Grand Rapids, MI. This Grand Rapids gun show is held at New Location and hosted by Sport Shows Promotions. All federal, state and local firearm ordinances and laws must be obeyed.

    I believe these are the same folks that run the Mason (Lansing) shows. They do not allow any loaded guns (at least, none of the visitors can have one), any gun that goes into the venue will be made safe with zip ties. You are asked as you walk in the door if you have any guns or ammo on you. Not very 2A-friendly, but they justify their stance as a safety measure to protect everyone from NDs. It is my understanding that some (many?) of the regular vendors carry concealed without issue, but that is only hearsay.

    I would like to know their response to your e-mail, Ruger.
