    Get Out Those Varmint Rifles . . . !

    DETAILS:


    The Varmint Shoot is open to members and nonmembers alike. There will be over 40 steel life-size varmint targets (hogs, coyotes, and groundhogs) at ranges from 100 – 620 yards. The distances to all targets will be provided. Once the line is called "hot" shooters may engage targets at their own pace. There is no set round count for this event – shooters may shoot as much or as little as they wish!

    Showtime for this event is at 8:00 a.m., a safety brief will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. All shooters must be present for the safety brief in order to participate in the varmint shoot. All rifles between .223 cal. and 300 Win. Mag. are permitted (velocities must be below 3,100fps). Once the line is called cold at 1:00 p.m., shooting will be done for the day.

    Recommended Equipment
    - Rifle (caliber restrictions specified above)
    - 100 Rounds of Ammunition (or more!)

    Going to try and make it to sure. Have a few friends intrested as well.

    Ill have my M38 *mosin carbine* my SVT40. AR10 and M14.

    **I hand load all 7.62x54r no steel cores I promise!!!**

    Sighted it all in today AR10 is about 2.50" groups at 100 with factory ammo. The M14 iron sights with some of my random reloads was about a 4 or 5" group.

    Should be a good time I've got a few people interested .

    My buddy dialed in his bull barrel AR15 and bolt action 6.5 creedmore should be a fun day!!
