I have 110 acres of overgrown farmland that has been groomed for years specifically for deer. Flanked on 3 sides by cornfields and lowland/swamp on 2 others.
Last years lessor flaked out and has been removed from the property for non-payment.
So its available for a last minute lease at a discounted rate.
