Hand placement has nothing to do with pure accuracy. Proper grip only comes into play for shooting faster or transitioning between targets.

Put the 3.5lb trigger disconnect in that 19. Makes a huge difference but keep practicing and practicing and practicing!!!

Good luck, and as always the practice you put forth will eventually become the result you bring to the table.

I have done the dime trick. It does not move. I dont know why I am all over when I actually fire.

When I got home from the range I showed my wife how well I did with the Sig and she asked if I bought it.
Keep the wife dump the glock.

If you work with another gun, go get one, or get a 3.5 lb trigger on the glock. I don't like them, I like the xds better, but then again I love metal framed guns, I think its just because I can squeeze down on them without them twisting or torquing.

I also only like da/sa because thats what I love. Its all in what you like, if you like it sig p6/225/239/229 might be a good place to look.

Just remember if your good at handling stress, your groupings will get twice as big and twice as far from your claimed point of aim. So umm get more accurate. I'd say the sig is minimal considering the groups slide up and down so stay in center of mass. That being said keep practicing. How big are your groups with defense loads?

Your brain can only have 1 primary focus, if its on the front sight tip, you won't flinch at the break point because it will catch you by surprise to some extent. This link taught me how to shoot a handgun, read it, fired 50 rounds, and my groups got cut in half with my P6 http://www.xdtalk.com/forums/xdtalk-...-part-2-a.html

Sorry dude, but there's no way you're twisting or torquing a polymer framed gun.

Even so, you are not supposed to crush the grip of any gun you're shooting.

I'm not twisting the gun, I'm twisting it in my hands, sorry for the bad clarification I think its because of the larger size when I squeeze down someone it shifts, doesn't happen with smaller grips. I can slide my fingers around on a metal gun, can't on a polymer, maybe that just shows they have better grips but I shoot better without them. I dunno, it could just be the harder edges I'm not sure cause I shoot well my ruger 94 with hogue grips.

after a little more thought I think I like either soft rubber that gives a bit or hard metal that you can slide on. Don't like grippy hard surfaces that polymer handnguns have, though kinda like the hk p30, but its grips aren't that grippy, more formed so you can adjust incrementally if you feel so inclined.
