Any comments on the value of a gently used (maybe 300 rounds) Mustang?

I checked gun broker and can't believe the prices. I am looking to trade mine for some remodeling work.

I seen one at a gun show about a month ago, LNIB, stainless, the guy was asking $550.00, I went both days, he still had it late on the second day, not sure if this helps but I think you'll need exposure like GB to get top dollar.
