It was supposed to simulate climbing a tower, it's in the video description on youtube. Just something different.

If anyone wants to build an actual tower... feel free. :)

Come out and shoot a match Bill. We can use some new ideas. I was trying to get away from the shooting gallery aspect of these matches and throw something new in the mix. Not many options for any real obstacles, so you make do with what you can. Just be thankful I didn't SPIE rig everyone out at the end of the stage.

Amen! Best match I've had the pleasure to shoot to date. Stan's match was very well laid out and the RO's did a kick ass job making sure the stages ran smooth (Jim and Casey in particular).
