Hypothetical Question: I am selling a Handgun to my neighbor who has a CPL.
If I print an RI60 off of here would that cover the legality of the sale or does he have to pick one up at the local PD?

Juice, that wasn't an answer.

Technically Mike the buyer would have the RI60 and it would be filled out by him and you together.

You only get the seller copy. He takes the other three copies. As long as you have the seller copy you are good to go. Just make sure the permit is legit, valid, and that everything is properly filled out.

The RI60 is all you need when a man has his CPL.

A RI60 printed off the internet is perfectly legal. It's doesn't make any difference who fills it out.

I make it a point to ask for valid ID (driver license) and compare with CPL.

Since the SP have it for download on their website I'm sure it's legal.
