I am thinking of selling my 4" 686-6 7 rounder 357mag w/ Hogue grips.

Looking at gunbroker doesn't really help me much as the prices there vary widely and not many actually sell.

Anyone have an idea what it could be worth if I decide to sell?

The 686 is an excellent shooter for the .357, as you are probably well aware, so they are a very popular revolver. The 4'' especially is great for competition shooting, balance is great.

Very good condition with just the Hogue grips I'd put the value somewhere around the $450 mark. Awesome shooter but not alot of collector interest. IMO.

In excellent condition, I've seen them go between $500 - $550. It's probably one of the best revolvers manufactued today.
