Just bought myself for Christmas my first purchase, a Glock 19 Gen 4 in 9mm. I was going to get the Gen 3 but the Gen 4 felt much better in my hand....and I wont be using the supplied backstraps that came with. I was a little nervous after getting home after the purchse and researching the Gen 4 only to find out a lot of people were having problems with weak shell ejection and hang-ups on the slide. I decided I needed to get to the range and and check it out. I put a 100 rounds through with zero problems. Not sure why some have problems and some dont....Ive inspected mine and it does have the new spring in it that everyone is blaming. All I know is mine works great, and I now have confidence in my Gen 4....dont believe all the hype you read on the net.
