Where does one get the RI 060 forms that are in carbon. On the Michigan State Police website you can print them out but they are like purchase permits that need to be filled out four times.

If you fill the form out on-line, it automatically fills the other three as you fill out the first one.
With a little cooperation from the seller, you can have it all done except the signatures before you do the deal.

What he said except that you don't need to be online to fill one out. Here's one for you to save to your PC. I usually also save the completed RI-60 to my PC using the file name of the buyer.

Usually you can get the self-carbon form from your LGS or local PD if you prefer them.
