I have acquired a revolver with the name Sougun on it. It appears to be a cheap little six shooter. The research I have done gives me the name Rhoem Gesellschaft, a german manufacturer of firearms in the sixties. It appears that these guns were made for a company in Miami. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Check by the barrel for a proofmark and date. The proofmark may look like Elk Antlers indicating the Ulm Proofhouse. Often time there will be a number for the year (i.e "66" for 1966).

That is exactly what it has, the number 66 followed by an antler.

RG made some pretty cheap pot-metal guns. They are sometimes shootable, serviceable little guns as long as you don't use them much, other times they will shave lead and burn the s&!t out of your hand and face and then just pretty much fall apart.
Can you tell I've seen more than one problem RG? Last one someone sold me for $20 and it resides somewhere on the bottom of Roosevelt Lake in AZ at present.
