Shurhouse,

Do you know if they allow the use of lead bullets at the range?

Shurhouse,

Do you know if they allow the use of lead bullets at the range?

I would think so, never heard no lead and they have a excellent ventilation system.

Just for clarity, when you refer to "lead bullets" (aren't all bullets lead?) are you really referring to "unjacketed" bullets? :silly:

It should also be noted that there will be a vote on the proposed changes to the Bylaws.

I've looked for them, but guess I'm too stupid.

Link please?

It's only what's included in Ziggys post.

Ignore the other stuff. We will hopefully get to those changes in the future.

Correct, and I should have used the proper nomenclature!

For the record some bullets are all copper.

Just to be clear the fun shoot is for all to attend correct? I have talked to a few guys who thought it was for contributing members/board members only. Can you please clarify?

I'm not a board member, but at just about every MGO event i've attended, 'forum members' were welcome and did attend.

Well on the pistol range. I believe you can take your bigger stuff down to the rifle range.

I do believe they have a 3rd range in the back svc area for shotguns and stuff. I know people have shot the .454 and the .500 there. I think they actually have a .500 to rent. I'll ck on that.

Just ck'ed they will open the range in the back for us if needed for the heavy stuff and they have a .460 you can rent.

I go to Duncans frequently. Nice little shop with some good guys. Make sure you guys bring ear and eye protection. They do have targets but if you have some "special" ones you like bring them too.

I think if i recall there are 8 spots on pistol. You can also shoot .22lr on pistol range with .22lr rifles. 3 spots on regular rifle range.
