A Special Message from NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre: Tune in to iN DEMAND Pay-Per-View and Watch the Hunting Debate!

Please make plans now to watch iN DEMAND Pay-Per-View on Tuesday, October 18th for my 90-minute debate with Andrew Butler of "People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals" (PETA). And after the debate, please be sure to Vote and tell America who you think won the debate!

I guarantee that after this debate you'll never look at PETA or the anti-hunting movement in the same way again.

PETA claims that it "fights" for helpless animals. And right now, some of your own neighbors may be among those who are sending nearly $30 million a year in tax-deductible contributions to PETA -- spurred by slick ads claiming that their money will help find homes for stray dogs and cats.

Yet, PETA employees killed over 10,000 dogs and cats at one PETA "animal shelter" alone. Even more shocking, they've provided legal defense funds for extremists who use harassment, intimidation, and even terrorist tactics to achieve their aims.

And they're packing their "animal rights" madness and pitching it to our kids, too. According to PETA's most recent annual report, 11 million schoolchildren have already been subject to PETA's propaganda. 235,000 teachers have been co-opted into PETA's misinformation campaign. Thirty million Americans have visited their website.

And PETA has made it crystal clear where they stand when it comes to hunters.

PETA compares hunters with the KKK and Jeffrey Dahmer, the notorious serial killer who ate his victims -- and claim that hunters are no different than "Nazi doctors and slave traders." And there no doubt in my mind that it's only a matter of time before they start escalating their tactics against hunters in the field.

That's why you and every American hunter and gun owner needs to know the facts about PETA and the growing "animal rights" movement NOW.

Please plan now to watch this important debate. Tell your friends, invite them over to watch, and forward this e-mail to as many concerned gun owners as you can. If you can't watch the premier on Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, tune in to any of the three rebroadcasts listed below.

Remember, you can't fight back against anti-hunting zealots unless you're armed with the facts. And the very best way for you see and hear the facts about the "animal rights" movement's global anti-hunting agenda is to watch this debate. Our greatest American traditions of hunting and shooting are at stake. Thanks in advance for watching this crucial debate and don't forget to VOTE at the end of the show!
