Well picked up a Cannon 21 Gun safe yesterday from Dunham's. They had it on sale for $599 so I though it was a pretty good deal. Its obviously a Economy safe but compared to my old stack on gun cabinet its a world better.

Here is the First Pic mounted in the closet

I used 2 13" Under Cabinet Fluorescent Lights and a wireless switch I found at Meijer. The total for the lights, Controller, Velcro and staples was about $40.

Here is the controller plugged in to the outlet inside the safe.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the setup. My collection is still small so it should be a good size safe for me for a few years. Just got into guns a few years ago and right now I'm saving up for a house so cant go to crazy .buying guns and ammo yet.

Nice, I like what you did. How does the wireless switch work though? Have a Liberty fatboy and bought led rope lights to install but was wondering what to do about switching.

The wireless switch just sends a signal to the control box to turn on whatever is plugged into it. So just plug your lights into the control box and when you turn on the switch your lights come on. Like I said it was only $12.99 at Meijer.

Looks awesome, and a nice deal on a safe!

Question though: Is that 21 gun capacity with or without that interior shelving?

Just wondering... it looks a little tight on the left side.

Thanks...

21 guns w/o the interior shelving. It think its 11 guns on the side I have open and 10 on the other if you take out the shelves.

I used LED strips in our safe, A/C power, wired switch. Cannon's a good buy.

This is a sweet looking setup. Does anyone know if this sale happens often? I wouldn't mind getting this safe.
