Meh, I am going to be running an HK45 with an Osprey. The FN is simply too damned big--can't get my hand around the grip. I admit the magazine cap on the FN is nice though...

Meh, I'll put my M&P w/Ospray up against that any day.

:ar15: I'll second that. I do need to make a trip out for you to help the 10pm trigger on my .45 though.

I was really impressed with the suppression when it had water in it... seems like it's only good for 1 mag though...

I like those magazines, too. But, they look to be suited for military operations where gloves are used and the need for absolute confidence in magazine retention in the pistol are paramount.

*** a buncha striker-fired crap. Next thing you will tell me is you prefer a Glock!!!!!

LOL your trigger jobs are GREAT. If I could ever stomach owning a striker-fired centerfire pistol again it would be one of your M&Ps. (you realize of course that striker-fired guns should be strictly limited to rimfire plinker IMO)

Some people still like to drive Model T's, others Corvettes.

Yes, but I wouldn't be caught dead with a Glock.

I will admit though that I have come around a bit, at least enough to accept polymer frames. Up until a few years ago I wouldn't even consider Tupperware pistols. Now I have an HK P30 that I love and have an HK 45 on order.

You wouldn't be caught dead because they WORK, 1911's not so much.

Then tell me why you would not be caught dead a Glock. I understand opinion and preference, but the most important thing about any firearm is it's reliability.

Never said they didn't work just that they suck:

--striker-fired
--Ergonomically similar to a 1x2 block of wood.
--godawful trigger
--fugly

Yes, they DO work. So does a little tiny Chevy Aveo but I wouldn't be caught dead with one of those either.

I think the ergonomics of a glock are an aquired taste... sort of like scotch (at first tastes like socks) and cigars (at first tastes like ashtray)

The triggers DO suck... though some of the 3.5# or less comp. triggers are ok.. but I woudln't want to carry them that way.

Fugly? Beauty is in the eye... I like the looks of them. :P

Pull trigger, go bang, me likey.
