Good day all,

I get a periodic email letter from usconcealedcarry.com. They offer a membership which includes some degree of criminal and civil liability protection in case you are involved in a shooting.

Anyone have any experiences (good or bad) with these people?. Any thoughts on buying this liability protection?

Thanks

If your homeowners has an Umbrella Policy it might be a lot cheaper and better. It would cover you for a lot more than just a self defense shooting. Check with your agent. http://www.armedcitizensnetwork.org is one place to compare them to. The NRA also endorses some form of personal liability insurance. http://www.locktonrisk.com/nrains

This is a fairly interesting discussion on this issue: http://www.defensivecarry.com/forum/concealed-carry-issues-discussions/127113-does-homeowners-insurance-cover-criminal-civil-liability-self-defense-shooting-2.html
