Open to any rifle or carbine carried by U.S. Marines-Equipped with iron sights(no scopes). rifles/carbine must be 'as issued' military configuration. No rifle or carbine capable of fully automatic fire is allowed on the property (club rule). 30-06 , .30carb. , .308 , and .223 ammo included with entry and must be used in the shoot.

0700 , registration , squading and "landing party" breakfast (steak,eggs,SOS,toast,ect...)

0900 safety breifing and shooting begins.

Course of fire : 5 rounds standing off hand , 5 rounds kneeling , 5 rounds sitting , and 5 rounds prone. All shots are single load slow fire. If you can't get in position , don't worry we will work with you , after all this is a fun shoot.There will be door prizes drawn and top shot awards for the shooters.

Other "fun shooting" games will be available for you to enjoy: .22 rifles on the 50 yard range for the kids and handgun events on the pistol ranges.

Members of USMC , Bravo Co. may also be there with some of their "hardware" on display , last year they brought a M-249 , M-4 ,M-60 and a couple of 60mm mortors to show.

All are welcome , Marine and non-Marine , this event is open to all. A good time to renew old aquaintances , and to make new ones, or just "shoot the breeze and swap sea stories of days gone bye". Bring the wife , kids or grandkids and show them what you carried and fired when back in the Corps.
