I just got my deer back from the butcher and was a little surprised. It dressed out at 105 and I got 55 pounds back...including adding pork fat in the burger.

How much did yours weigh dressed? How much meat did you get back?

I'm new to this hunting thing, so I don't know if I should worry about my processor.

Why add pork to it what a wasteTo the burger? Totally disagree...no fat, no flavor. Worst burger I ever ate was 95%/5%. Felt like sawdust.
