C&R license application for Genesee County

Hello, I'm going to try to get my C&R license for Genesee County. Has anyone recently done this in Genesee County.
Who is the Chief Law enforcement officer and can I mail in the copy of application to them and where?

Your CLEO is the county sheriff unless you live within some city's limits that has its own police force. Just mail the copy to him. You probably will not hear back from them unless there is a problem.
