Just to clarify. The "All paperwork" refers to the retainer agreement, retainer paid and the estate planning questionnaire returned to my office to qualify for the discount. The trust may be completed after 12/29/2011 and still qualify for the discount.

In addition, a revocable trust for personal assets and a NFA Firearms Trust for Class 2 firearms and other firearms is advisable to adequately protect one's estate. In addition, the separate trust allows one to provide an inheritance for a beneficiary that would be a prohibited person under the NFA.
