Ok, after numerous unanswered emails and calls, and some outrageous financial quotes.... I finally got 2 ranges to agree to a suppressor demo at a reasonable price.

#1
Location: Northwest Shooting Supply
4786 Holton Rd,Twin Lake,MI 49457

Date:FEB 11 (weather permitting)
Time:11am-1pm
Cost: FREE
After the demo, you can shoot your own weapons at this 200 yrd range, for a $10/hr per person fee. (throw a little business his their way as well)

#2
Location: Tulip City Rod and Gun Club
TCRGC Indoor Range (http://g.co/maps/u4j99)
Date: March 3rd
Time: 1pm-4pm (aprox.)
Cost: $5
The club is charging $5 per person for non-members (something about their insurance forms, etc...)

They do have an indoor rifle range, but the room is only 4 booths wide x about 8' deep, and I am not sure how many will come/ fit in there at one time. (I am mostly planning on a show and tell/handle of the Rifle stuff, and shooting demos of the rimfire/centerfire pistol stuff)

At both locations I plan on giving a short presentation beforehand on ownership process, super vs. subsonic, attachments, threading, concentricity, pricing, etc....

So you should come away with a pretty good working knowledge of what they are, how they sound, and why you "need" one :)

Let me know if you think you might be coming, and to which one, so I can plan numbers accordingly.

Thanks,
Mike

If you can't make these, or you just have to see some suppressors before then.
You can conact me at anytime to schedule a personal demo around the Grand Haven area. Just email me or call =)

Very cool Mike. Your website is nicely laid out as well! What calibers/suppressors are you going to have on hand for these demos?

For anyone interested in a suppressor don't miss this. Mike is a nice guy and the real deal.

Mike, thanks for the demo, it was educational and a lot of fun. I particularly enjoyed the 300 Blackout with the sub-sonic rounds. :hoppinhappy:

I could bring a m4-2000 if you don't have one in time.:-)

Thanks for the offer, I might just have one of my customer's come out that day and shoot their m4-2k.
I am sure they wouldn't object to getting some time on their can while they are waiting on the form 4 approval.... :-D (I don't use my customer's cans for demos)

That being said, I have an M4-2k coming for a shop demo soon, seeing as all my personal rifles are set up with 51t attachments.

You can of course bring yours as well, the outdoor range is open after the demo for ($10) shooting if you like. =)

Just a bump as a reminder, as the date is approaching.

If you are thinking of coming to this, please post or IM me so I can have a rough idea. Thanks!

Thanks!

As you can tell, I enjoy my "work" :-)

It was good meeting everyone who came out! (putting faces to the screen names...)

I am working on scheduling a few more over the warmer months.
Otherwise, I will be at the GR gun shows in between. (28th st.)

Bump, as the day is upon us....

March 3rd Demo is at the indoor range, so there will be a fair portion of show and tell, and then I will put some comparison shots downrange suppressed and unsurpressed, so you can get an idea of what kind of sound suppression we are dealing with. There is an indoor rifle range, so we can do some rifle as well...

I am in the process of scheduling demos all thru the spring and summer and they will be out of doors.

The offer still stands to have demos for small groups upon request at your location, just call or email.
Thanks,
Mike
