Not an MGO event perse but an event that MGO has participated in for many years. We only have a limited number of tickets this year to offer to our members. There are only seven (7) tickets left. If interested please contact me. They are $135.00 each and include a buffet dinner plus $100.00 in raffle tickets. There will also be other raffles that you can get into including some gun drawings. Anyone who has been at these banquets in the past can attest to their devotion to the "kids".

A great event as always. If you missed it this year you can't say you weren't warned. Actually better than last year as we had more room. The layout this year was great. Again, to all those who missed it, shame on you. Maybe next year! A big thank you to all those that did come to this event.

Report from B4K on the banquet......



When all is said and done, we profited just over $48,000 from this event! Everyone deserves a pat on the back and a BIG thank you goes out to everyone involved in making this event a complete success! We have come a long way in 8 years with this event, and we are fortunate to have made more and more money each year….which is important to our existence, as you all know we continue to receive more and more wishes each year!

We also got some other very positive things from this event:
-We know have a motorcycle club (Iron Order MC…the Oakland County Chapter) interested in doing a motorcycle ride for us. 10 of their members came to the event and were very impressed. Couple of them talked to me in length about helping out.


- This donation is not included in the $48K profit number mentioned above
- MGO once again talked about the Matching Donation program started last year for B4K to obtain a Liberator to assist handicap hunters in the field.
- Their speech reached out to everyone and $1400.00 was raised for this, which met the $3000.00 needed ($1700.00 raised last year)
- MGO wrote B4K a check on the spot for $3000.00 to fulfill their part of the deal
- Neither of these donations ($1400 or $3K) mentioned in regards to the Liberator are included in the $48K total mentioned above.
