Safety Enterprises LLC is hosting a Basics of Self Defense on Tuesday March 6th from 6-8 PM. The class fee is $25 per student and will be hosted at Detroit Arms.
The course is designed to give a brief introduction to un-armed self defense using simple and easy to learn techniques from various martial arts and military techniques.
The course will cover:
Basic Strikes
Breaking a Hold
How to Disarm an Attacker
Edged Weapons Drills
Use of Pepper Spray and Mace
