I saw this thread on or forums and have 2 questions.

First aren't sbrs illegal in mi? I mean that's what a guy at my range said..

Also he mentions nothing about the fact it its an nfa weapon. I mean doesn't it still need to be registered and taxed?

That is not an SBR. That is a rifle with an 11.5" barrel and a permanently attached flash suppressor to bring the OAL barrel length to 16"
