Finally got the job done. I have been hunting with my TC Contender in 44 mag 10" barrel open sights for a few years. I finally had the opportunity at 42 yards to take this buck. Obviously not a bruiser but I'm happy none the less.

Thank You Sir. It is a very fine feeling of accomplishment. If I could shoot to the potential of that TC I would be in great shape to start knocking em down left and right. Need more practice but I will bask in my little bit of glory for now!

Now that is neat. I've always wanted to try that but never had the chance. Great job.8)

I've been using my 44 Mag Super Redhawk with a Leopold Scope in the Shot Gun Zone, Most shots aren't very far and easy to carry in the woods and brush.
No Just need the Deer to get in front of the gun

Very nice, I used a S&W 29 this year but no shots. I did bet a nice 7 point a few years ago in Jackson Co with a Super Redhawk.

Nothing wrong with that! Nice buck. Been handgunning for deer many years. Nothing in my freezer this year though. Didnt get to hunt much . This making a living thing sucks sometimes.
