Maybe not your typical suppressor host. I bought a Spanish Destroyer Carbine a while back and had it rechambered to 9x19 from 9mm Bergmann.

Working out pretty well so far. I'm getting some 9mm 1911 mags for it. The factory mags won't feed the shorter rounds unless I download to 3 in the mag.

Nice video Garrett! What ammo were you using? Brand and weight if you want to share?

I was shooting 147 gr. JHP handloads using Vhit N330 and Fiocchi 158 gr. FMJ. When I was shooting from the bench I was single-feeding some Fed AE 147 gr. TCs.

The gun was designed for the longer 9mm Bergmann (9mm Largo), and the shorter 9x19 does not feed well from the magazine unless I download to 3 rounds. The TCs didn't hardly want to feed at all. Fortunately the magazine has the same external dimensions as a standart 1911 magazine. I've got some 1911 9mm mags on order, with the spacer along the back rib, which should allow for better feeding. I'll just have to cut a notch in the back of the mag for the catch on the gun.

That's too sweet! The action sounds louder than the shot! Good job. :pump:
